信息库和信息系统的建设

——牢牢地抓住中华民族的生存与发展

摘  要  本文分析了世界发展的需求，论证了抓好信息库和信息系统的建设，牢牢地抓住中华民族的生存与展权的必要，并抛砖引玉式地提岀了建设信息库的若干具体建议。

Abstracts

This paper analyses the requirements of world advancements, proofs the necessity of taking firm hold of the survival and development of Chinese nation while building the information databases and systems. Details are given as how to build the information databases in a way to “cast a brick to attract jade”.
